Duke Medical Supply, Inc. was started in 2004 to provide quality Ostomy and Urological supplies to Medicare beneficiaries. We are located in suburban St Louis, Missouri, and our intent is to always provide fast, accurate and friendly service to our customers. We pride ourselves on our high rate of customer satisfaction and retention, because we want to make dealing with Medicare as easy as possible for you.
We are nationally accredited by Medicare to sell Ostomy and Urological supplies, and that is all that we carry. Because we don’t have other items to take our focus away, no one in the industry knows more about what Medicare will and won’t cover for Ostomy and Urological benefits.

We understand how confusing Medicare rules and regulations can be, and with the constant changes to the program it can be difficult to know what is and isn’t covered. Ostomy and Urological supplies are all that we carry, and Medicare is the only primary insurance that we deal with, so you can be assured that we are up to date on every change that is made. We will keep you informed if changes are made that affect your coverage.
We Handle All Paperwork
After you have completed the initial Enrollment form, we will take care of the rest. We verify your coverage, contact your Doctor for the medical documentation Medicare requires, and if necessary, verify your last order information with your previous supplier to avoid overlaps in coverage.
We Only Ship When you Order
We will never automatically ship products to you, and we will never ship items that you don’t order. Not only is this our firm policy, it is a requirement of Medicare. When it is time for your next order, you have two options; You can contact us when you’re ready for supplies, or we can contact you. If you choose option 2 and you are not ready for more supplies, then no order will be placed until you are. You will never find a surprise package waiting on your doorstep.
We Respect Your Privacy & Preferences
It is important to build trust, so we will never sell or provide your personal information to other companies, and all communication with us will remain private. The only exception is providing Medicare and/or your other providers with the information that they need or request.
